The Indian Museum in Mentor will reopen on Monday, June
28, 2021 with weekday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. The hours on Saturday and Sunday will be from
1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visitors that are
not vaccinated will need to wear a mask or face covering when visiting the
museum.
A new exhibit on items from the Great Plains will be
featured as will a special exhibit of items from Alaska include a what bone mask A special display of important prehistoric places in Ohio
will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 and Sunday, July 18 2021. These are great vacation destinations.
An Artifact Workshop for teens and adults will help you
identify prehistoric tools used in this area from 10,000 B.C. to 1,650 A.D. Join the staff on Saturday, August 7 2021 from
1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Reservations are
